1. Online Payment via Credit/Debit Card

Step 1: Once the order is placed, click “Confirm Order”.
Step 2: Enter your name, address, and phone number.
Step 3: Review your shipping details and confirm.
Step 4: Select the credit/debit card payment option, enter your card details correctly, and confirm the order. Enter the OTP sent to your mobile phone to complete the transaction. You will receive a confirmation email with your order number.
Step 5: Our team will verify the payment and proceed with shipping

Step 1: Once the order is placed, click “Confirm Order”.
Step 2: Enter your name, address, and phone number.
Step 3: Review your shipping details and confirm.
Step 4: Select “Bank Transfer” as the payment method, choose your bank, enter the required information, and confirm the order. You will receive a confirmation email with your order number.
Step 5: After making the transfer, please upload your transfer slip and submit it along with your order number via the “Payment Confirmation” page.
Step 6: Our team will verify the payment and proceed with shipping. ( www.fairyprincessbangkok.com ) reserves the right to reject any transactions deemed risky. In such cases, customers may contact their bank for further details.
Orders that are not paid within 24 hours will be automatically cancelled.

Shipping Fee & Areas: Free shipping within Thailand (via Kerry Express)

International shipping: Charges are calculated based on actual rates and will be displayed after order placement (via Thailand Post)

Orders will be shipped once payment has been verified.
You may contact us during business hours: Daily from (09.00 – 17.00) We reserve the right to respond only during official hours.
Shipping days: Monday–Friday (09.00 – 17.00), Saturday (09.00 – 12.00)
Orders placed and confirmed after 12:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day.

You will receive a tracking number to check the shipping status of your order.
