Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped. If the cancellation is due to an error on our part, we will accept your request with no issues. If the cancellation is due to a personal reason (e.g., change of mind), we will consider such requests on a case-by-case basis. All decisions made by Fairyprincess.bkk shop regarding cancellation requests are final. We reserve the right to decline any cancellation or refund request that does not result from our error.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges under normal circumstances. However, we will offer a replacement or refund only under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged, with clear evidence shown in an unboxing video proving that the item arrived in that condition.
- The item is defective, not wearable, or has visible faults that originated from our store.
- The item is incorrect in terms of color or size compared to what was ordered.
- The packaging has visible tampering or shipping damage upon arrival.
To qualify for a return or replacement:
- You must contact us within 7 days from the delivery date stated in the tracking system.
- The item must be sent back to us in unused, original condition and original packaging.
- Shipping fees for the return will be covered by us.
- Requests submitted after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted under any circumstances.

- Record a clear unboxing video starting from the sealed package.
